1. Returns

General Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions: While we strive for your satisfaction, please note the following exceptions:

  • Damaged Goods: If the container arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and potential replacement, repair, or a full refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we shipped you the wrong container type or size, we will correct the order and cover all associated shipping costs.

  • Used Containers: Used containers are not eligible for return or refund, unless they fall under the "Damaged Goods" or "Incorrect Orders" exceptions upon initial delivery.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you believe it is damaged, incorrect, or if you simply wish to return it within the 30-day window.

  2. Provide clear documentation (photos/videos) of any issues, if applicable.

  3. We will review your claim and guide you through the return process.

  4. Free Returns: We are pleased to offer free returns on all eligible orders. We will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for pickup.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for:

  • All eligible returns made within the 30-day policy.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we shipped you the wrong container.

  • Damaged Goods: If the container is significantly damaged upon arrival and cannot be repaired or replaced to your satisfaction.

Refund Processing:

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for inspecting containers upon delivery for any damage. Please report any issues promptly.
